In a day and time where the use of cheap, disposable products has become an act of extravagance and decadence, something so trivial as a plastic swizzle stick suddenly turns into a peculiar artefact from an ancient civilisation. The specific shape of this particular cocktail tool further brings up the topic of sexual objectification while simultaneously and contrarily being a celebration of the female body, making the Kuttersmycke a paradoxical monument of our present time.
